I've spent more than 13 years in identity and access management, endpoint administration, cloud workspace support, and workflow automation. Today I'm an IAM & Systems Automation Engineer supporting Zoom's global workforce. I own provisioning and de-provisioning end to end, manage Okta access, AWS WorkSpaces, and Workspace ONE endpoints, and work with the systems administration and IT security teams to make onboarding more secure and efficient.
Outside enterprise IT, I teach. I'm an IT educator and a graduate student in the Master of Information Technology program (Systems Administration). I mentor future technology professionals and build AI-driven academic and community tools that bring industry practice into higher education. My work spans Windows, macOS, and Linux, remote support, network troubleshooting, documentation, and process automation, and I aim to make technology secure, scalable, and human-centered.
